Polyethylene Air Line Tubing

Polyethylene tubing is the lowest cost tubing in the SVI product line that you can use for air line replacement in shops on a tight budget. Polyethylene is highly resistant to stress cracks and affords the working and burst pressures for most shop service equipment applications. SVI supplies this tubing in both standard and metric sizes. Polyethylene tubing is stocked in black but other colors are available upon request. SVI conveniently supplies and stocks black by-the-foot or you may order bulk rolls in lengths up to 1000 feet. This means you can purchase exactly what you need for a specific job or in larger quantities to keep your service trucks stocked.

Nylon 12 Air Line Tubing

Nylon 12 tubing is recognized as the industry standard for applications where higher working pressures and higher heat and/or chemical resistance are required. It is ideal for outdoor applications because of its superior stress crack resistance making it the perfect choice for air lock systems on lifts used outdoors. SVI supplies this tubing in both standard and metric sizes. Nylon 12 is stocked in black but other colors are available upon request. SVI conveniently supplies and stocks black by-the-foot in standard sizes or you may order bulk rolls in lengths up to 1000 feet. Polyurethane Air Line Tubing

Polyurethane tubing is made from the highest quality raw materials available. Polyurethane tubing is strong and very flexible and affords superior kink resistance and low temperature flexibility to other types of tubing. It is ether-based which makes it resistant to hydrolysis, fungus and weathering. In addition to its industrial uses it meets NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) requirements. SVI supplies this tubing in both standard and metric sizes. Polyurethane tubing is stocked in black but other colors are available upon request. SVI conveniently supplies and stocks black by-the-foot or you may order bulk rolls in lengths up to 1000 feet. Parflex Polypropylene Air Line Tubing

Parflex Polypropylene tubing by Parker, available in black only, is durable and lightweight and is suited for applications where higher temperatures and working pressures are expected. This tubing is standard equipment on air locking systems on Rotary Lift models. Parflex is also excellent for use outdoors, in direct sunlight, and is acid and chemically resistant. SVI supplies this tubing in 1/4” and 3/8” OD sizes and conveniently supplies and stocks it in black. It is sold by-the-foot or you may order bulk rolls in lengths up to 500 feet.
