For Lifts made between November 1983 and June 1985 the axles for the pulley consisted of a solid shaft and snap ring. Prior to November 1983 the axle was a bolt, with a spacer and cotter pin.

Note: SVI In-Ground Equalizer Cables for Western Lifts are Constructed Using Stainless Steel Wire Rope and Carbon Steel End Fittings.
